Do you take probiotics in the same swallow as your abx?

no you are not supposed to. The abx cancel out the probiotics. They should be spaced out by hours

they usually say take probotics at least 2 hours before or after abx

So I could take my abxs at breakfast time and probiotics at lunch. Good.

some probotics specify that they should be taken on an empty stomach. some also specify they should be taken with food. you should check the label of your proboticsto see if "with lunch" is the ideal time.

You take the probiotics to replace the beneficial bacterial the abx has killed so it makes no sense to take them at the same time. You would be killing the probiotics with the abx.
