I've heard it can push metals off receptor sites and you have to be prepared for it.
My question is... which minerals are doing the majority of that? Is it the high ZINC levels?
(I'm about to start supplementing Zinc anyhow - so I thought why not start taking THE CORE)

Zinc, yes.

The Core is 4 capsules Do people split the servings up throughout the day or (once they've worked up to 4 capsules) take the capsules all at once?

Zinc alone, however, does not work to eliminate KPU. It takes the other ingredients. In fact, depending on other conditions/deficiencies, supplementing zinc alone can be dangerous for some people carrying metals in the wrong direction, etc. http://www.klinghardtacademy.com/images/stories/powerpoints/hpu%202009.pdf
Take care.
