I seem to be breaking out all over my face since starting septra...is this a herx?

I was telling my llmd about an itchy swollen area I got recently in 2 areas of my arms. He said that can be from the antibiotics coming out of the skin. And same with breaking out with pimples, although I don't get them. But he did mention that to me.
