I have been having a difficult time with my bartonella treatment. I've read that bartonella effects your blood vessels and this has been a big problem for me. It makes detoxing more difficult and I was wondering if anyone had the same problem?
It feels like my blood is not circulation well through the vessels. I have also noticed small lumps in my arms and shin bones. Is this a bart symptom?
I've read that using enzymes like serrapeptase or lumbrokinase works well.
What has worked well for you?

This is true and essential to treat bart from my experience. I am currently addressing mine with Doctor's Best Lumbrokinase x2 daily, and Jarrow Nattokinase x2 daily. Also taking knotweed tea to help with capillaries dilation.
This combo with bart drugs makes me feel normal again, no doubt blood and medicine is getting to places it wouldn't otherwise. As cheesy as it sounds I can feel blood "whooshing" everywhere, instead of the sludge factory that I previously had. It feels great and is definitely not placebo.
Be prepared for big time herxes though, these things do not go down lightly when disturbed from their hiding places.

yes im on heprin too. I have had tons of blood vessel problems: blue toes, visual migranes, etc.

I believe we spoke before and have the same LLMD. I have this problem pretty bad also. I feel the blood pumping in my head when Im relaxing. When I first got sick I have episodes of tachycardia and blood pressure spikes. My feet turn blueish and I was getting terrible migraines. Not to mention muscle pain.
My LLMD said Bart is vascular but not everyone displays these symptoms. Im 'lucky' I guess! I'd like to try the enzymes also. Hope it works for you.

Jamers, I have started using serrapeptase 2/day along with nattokinase. I was able to order them online and in just a few days I felt better.
What medications are you taking? and are you treating bart?

Im off of Babesia meds and am supposed to start Rifampin now for Bartonella. Other than that I am on Augmentin XR. I have med issues so thats why Im on so few.
I already have a vegetarian enzyme but plan on starting one of the other 2 soon. Do you think I need both? Is there one you would recommend over the other?
