Ok, so I know to load up on magnesium and vitamin c while taking fluoroquinolones to reduce to the risk of bad side effects. Is there anything else I should be taking to play it safe?
Is brown seaweed extract good to take while on these drugs?

I take Modifilan to detox the flouride, it should be fine.

Stay away from vigorous exercise. Swimming is okay...but that's about it! I was on cipro for a few months and then started to play some tennis...'got tendonitis in both achilles tendons...that was a month ago...'been off the cipro and no exercise for that month! Not fun! Be careful!
