Just wondering if anyone has used serrapeptase? What type of results?

I just recently went from 2 per day to 4. I take it with Nattakinese and find that it helps with circulation and edema issues.

All the Best, MattH

I also found it helpful along with cistus incanus tea in treating biofilm.

If you take a high enough dose, it will reduce inflammation and relieve pain.

Must take on empty stomach and wait before eating, so that the coated pills pass into the small intestine before dissolving.

Serrapeptase is very good for sinus problems, as it reduces the hypercoagulation of the blood and thins mucous.

Do we need Nattokinase and Serrappetase? I see most people taking both. Will one of them do? Which one would be best?

If someone were to take Nattokinase, Serrapeptase, and Wobenzym concurrently, wouldn't that thin the blood out too much?

I started with Natto and found mild relief. Once I added Serra it was like both worked better. I have now tried both separately but find they work better when taken together.

1st thing in the morning and just before bed seems to work. Also when I feel the inflammation in my legs I will take some as a 3rd course that day. Happens maybe once a week.

All the Best, MattH

Anyone have herxhiemers from this?

I have good experience with Natto and Serra and agree with MattH it works better taken together.

And no herx.
