three days ago i started getting migrating head pressure, mild head aches, and disorientation with slight dizziness.
prior to this i was 90%, 6 out of 7 days a week and the "bad" days were not that bad. i was in this good run since the start of march, four months.
as ive been feeling so much better i have been cheating on my diet a bit. i stil stay away from sugar but might have a beer once in a while or some small ice cream once and a while.
is this from yeast issues? i also have had some gas and some mild nausea.

It could be. Are you still on Nystatin or other preventative??

im on nystatin but have missed quite a few days taking it.
how long before i might be able to expect it to get better?

Maybe you should ask for a week's worth of Diflucan, and get back on the Nystatin. Nystatin is not that great at killing out a yeast overgrowth...better at preventing.
Get back on the diet for at least a month really strict. Then cheat CAREFULLY only.

Back in the fall I was almost done and the I started to get this weird preasure on my ears...a few visits to ENTs and they found nothing. It got a lot better after treating with Bactrim. I get the full ness still but it is 95% better.
