I could do a commerical for Rice Krispies.

My knee used to always make the old snap, crackel, pop sound.

Then it went to my neck.

Now every morning/evening getting in/out of bed every thing pops- soundslike a mini firework display sound or pop rocks going off.

My left hand does it all day.

Dr. yesterday said it sounded like I needed some collagen.

Thoughts?

I was told it was inflammation. Keeping inflammation down is huge for lyme patients.

I have it too, it comes and goes. My knee was really bad two weeks ago, now it's fine.

Yeah, my doctor said this was from inflammation too. Should get better with treatment, but in the meantime, MSM and Glucosamine might help.

Anyone know why MSM would make me feel sick?

One4islands I can totally relate. My bones are the same as yours, have been for years and I'm only 27.
I can crack my neck like a million times a day.

MSM is almost pure sulfite, and if I were to take it, I'd get really sick too because I have sulfite intolerance.

My cracking literally wakes me in the night when I roll over. It is just disgusting. I pop like 5-9 times down my spine.

My son has unbelievable cracking in his ankles. Sometimes we can't stand to be around him. They just crack and crack and pop.

I am taking MSM, I tried MSM with glucosamine and it made me pee about every 20 mins.
