I"ve been treating orally on Suprax and Azithromycian since May 5th. I was never IgG positive only IgM and my bands were 41,23. Its been that way since 2009. Now aft these meds my labs came back IgM 23 (so only one band) but IgG which NEVER had any bands now is showing two #28 and 39. So I am confused and don't see my doc til next thurs. Why would I now aft two years have iGg bands??

Treating lyme with abx will quite often cause more bands to show up. The spirochetes are dying off and therefore more bands can show up.
Ok Thanks, makes sense. I did read that explanation. Also maybe you can ans my next ques. Can the Lyme bacteria be gone but you still have the arthritis issues or even fibromyalgia/chronic fatique syndrome from it? I am going to discuss this with my doc next week but I have alot of these symptoms.
