I have had no positive lyme or coinfection tests on numerous elisa wb or igenex. I have all the classic lyme symptoms so I'm on abx anyway. I've improved somewhat but my muscle atrophy seems to be progressing.
My doc said no ALS but could he be wrong? I have monoclonal gammopathy.

where is the atrophy? Do you stretch properly and go to physical therapy? What are your other symptoms.
Have you checked stiff persons syndrome.

Lyme can cause atrophy. There have been many posts about this.

What does your LLMD say? Have you been to a LL neurologist?
