Last Saturday I went to my daughter's soccer game. I forgot about me, doxy, and the sun. Well I started to burn and stayed out of the sun since, but wow, my nose is BAD.

It's been 6 days of putting aloe vera on it and after my shower today, it's really bad. Several layers of raw skin.

I think I'm skipping my doxy today and maybe for the weekend because it's just soooo sensitive and not healing.

Any suggestions on what to do for it? I also put a little vit E oil on it today. Still bright red. Should I try antibiotic cream? help.

Thanks for any other suggestions.

I'm sorry you got burned!

I'd go to a doctor or call your LLMD if it's super painful--Doxy burns are much worse than a regular sunburn (it's more like a chemical burn). They can give you a special cream that will soothe and help prevent scarring. I forget what it's called, but it's for burn victims.

Ask Dr. or LLMD for script for "Silvadene". It's the cream recommended above.....
