Rifampin (empty stomach) when I get up, hour later supplements and food. Could I take it with the other ? Thanks.

Won't it interfere with sleep? I never get out of rem sleep. I'm exhausted when I get up. Taking melatonin with new llmd.

I don't know. Back when I took it I was on lots of meds for sleep.

On an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast, and 30 minutes before dinner.
If there are other medications or herbs that I need to take on an empty stomach, I take them together with the samento. For example, armour thyroid, and probiotics.
