Taking 600 mg capsule once, just took 2 per llmd. Don't do drops. How much do u take?

I take 1000 mg of the cheap Cat's claw, twice/day. It hit me pretty hard at first. 1 pill of the cheap stuff worked better than 40 drops of the Samento. So it works for me for some reason.
I really had no effects from the nutramedix products, interestingly enough. I have had moderate improvement since starting the cheap stuff. - However I am also on a heavy ABX protocol!
