Ok, so many may have read my previous posts, and know that I am currently taking a break from abx (planning for about a month) due to GI/yeast issues.

I have increased my probiotic usage. And am taking multiple types. I have noticed the last couple nights that after I have taken the probiotic I have gotten a headache shortly after. ( I digest everything quickly... I've had gastric bypass surgery)

Has anyone else experienced this?

Does this mean something?

Should I be doing something a bit different?

I use GSE during the day. And am looking at getting some OLE as well.

I am not on nystatin or diflucan.

And, yes I need to do better with my diet.

But, Really am curious.... do the headaches from probiotics signify something? It has happened the last couple of nights... so I don't think its just a fluke.

Thanks

I think you can get a bit of die-off from them. I never do though.

Sounds like you need some Diflucan to help get rid of it.

which probiotics are you taking?

I'm taking Culturelle (dairy free)and Ultimate Flora Critical Colon. And some leftover Walgreens brand stuff, that probably isn't worth anything... but is suppose to have 20 billion at time of manufacturing.

Total about 200 billion units.

I was wondering if it was die off. Which is fine. I just wanted opinions on it.

The only way for me to get diflucan is if I can find it on an online pharmacy. [Frown]
