Theralac has been recommended by many people. I am curious--one of our drs told us to not buy any probiotics that were not refrigerated. My daughter has been using Garden of Life Raw probiotics, which are in the refrigerated section of our health food store.

Theralac (not to be confused with Threelac) is supposed to be refrigerated.

Theralac is very stable. It can make it to your house with very little loss of potency. Read the info on their site.
