Please let me know the good, the bad, and the ugly .

I tried it in combos with other Babesia meds. Overall, it was an easy med to tolerate, did not notice a difference good or bad. Was really not impressed with it. Hope it helped some. Took it for a couple months.
Don't worry, just try it. Maybe it will help you.

I herxed hard for 7 days on it and was pretty much symptom free from Babesia after 1 month. A-bab by Byron White took care of the rest and I have had no Babesia symptoms since.
Malarone and Mepron would help me but whenever I stopped them symptoms would return. Daraprim was a last resort.
I would try it. Good luck!

I took Daraprim before starting babesia treatment. It was a good drug, and had minor side effects. I could feel something moving around in my head. This was at the very beginning of treatment.
You do have to supplement with folic acid. I actually was prescribed prescription folinic acid, and it was too much folic acid, and very expensive. Go with the over-the-counter stuff.

Thank you. I'm just finding this drug hard for me. I was off of it for a while and just went back on and I am extremely fatigue, feeling feverish, and have terrible headaches.

I tried it with no noticable results and I do have a bad case of babesia.
