Yes, what a win win! Amazing Dr. J. Not many people would take the abuse he has been subjected to without giving up.
But he does it because he loves his kids and he is standing up for them and for all of us.
And we love him for it!

This is a great step in the right direction. Dear, dear Dr. Jones!!
I would be careful about doing a celebratory dance yet. I know it says only 9% of these cases are upheld by the court, but lets face it, there is so much corruption with this disease, and courts are not immune to politics.

Amanda,
Yes, bless Dr. J. He is the absolute best!!!
To clear up MY explanation of the events, because I think I may have stated it improperly in my report on the website ....
When I said.. "This is another victory for Dr. J and his legal team, as only about 9% of these requests are granted by the Connecticut Supreme Court."
What I was trying to convey was the Supreme Court agreed to hear his case. That is the victory.
Normally requests to have an audience with the Supreme Court are denied, but his case was accepted to move further along. Yippeeeeeeee!
Sorry I wasn't too clear on that. Hope I am now making some sense?
But I am not too sure about that either! HA!
Hugs to Dr. J!

Thank you, Tincup
I know his attorney fees are frightening, and he can use all the help possible.
God bless Dr Jones and all the other brave and considerate souls who are willing to stand behind those of us who are walking this path and have given as much as they have to the cause.
Happy Holidays Everyone

This feels like a miracle to me! I thought after we didn't prevail on what I call technicalities in Superior Court it was over. I am so thrilled to hear this news! It was around this exact same time of year that we first became involved. Exactly. Blake and I are beyond thrilled to hear there is still a shot at winning for Dr. Jones on the bias piece...we are ecstatic!!! This would be such a victory for Dr. Jones personally above all else at this point; he's been knocked around and kicked down so many times, he needs this!
