For me ativan calmed down my vertigo and also treatment for lyme and babesia. Babesia was a huge cause of vertigo for me. Do you have babesia?

I tried all the meds the hospital gave me (did nothing for me), even tried physical therapy. Acupuncture helped the most.

I had an almost-constant feeling of being off-balance whenever I stood up. It was like I was tipping over. Starting babesia treatment (in my case I started with Art) helped a lot.

I had vertigo last year that was related to

certain head movements (I had no idea that

I had Lyme & co. At that time). I went to an

audiologist who did BPPV exercises. It helped. I

also sleep on two pillows now, instead of one to

keep my head more upright.
