I first noticed this years ago whenever I went on prednisone for rashes. the doctors just shrugged. But I also notice it now when I herx. it is different than muscle pain or joint pain... it is all over... and feels like, well a headache but it is in my arms and legs.

I think bone pain is common. There are times it feels like someone is inside me trying to break my leg bones. Very painful.

Are you treating for anything presently?
I know shin bone pain like that is believed to tie in with Bart.
However when I have treated for Babs or Parasites in general I have gotten it.
