Do lymphatic drainage!

How do ypu do that?

cjb, I had that off and on as one of my Bartonella symptoms. It was caused by swollen lymph nodes.

I don't know how to do lymphatic drainage but putting a hot washcloth on it seemed to help.

Mine was caused by a swollen lymph node too. It was a very small node that was deep in the armpit, but it caused a lot of pain.

I haven't tested for Lyme yet, but will be. I also have the muscle twitching, eye twitches, severe armpit pain (one side worse than the other). Most of my symtpoms seem worse on the R side than the left, I do not know why.

Oh, and the aching legs - very badly. And sore feet.

If you don't have any swelling, such as swollen lymph nodes, you may have developed trigger points in the area due to chronic LD inflammation. When I had active LD, I had tons of painful spots in both armpits. I was able to work them out using the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook. Best $20 I ever spent! Check it out on Amazon. If you get the book, it only cost $5 to get Kinkos to spiral bind it for you so it will lay flat while you use it.

Hmm.. mine aren't all that swelled up but they hurt. I feel a trigger point on my hips, too.

Omg it is the worst pain! YES I get the armpit pains frequently it sucks! I also get swollen lymph nodes as well time to time... It's not fun your definitly not alone on that one! I also have all the other symptoms you have along with eye floaters that really irratate the crap out of me. And I can't be in the sun anymore. Just looking at it gives me a severe headache and I used to be a sun baby before contracting this disease! [Frown]

I have it now and heating pads help.

Do you ever have that in the groin area too? Heating pad has helped me, as well as castor oil under the arms. There is a video on youtub about it but even just rubbing it on overnight helps.
I also mixed lavendar essential oil with vaseline and put it under my arms - very soothing!

I have a call into a massage therapist to consider lymphatic massage.

i will check out the massage book - thank you ! and the castor oil too!

thanks so much for the help/support, i wish you all well!
