I'm so tired of being hungry all the time. I eat, feel better and then maybe 2 hrs later I'm hungry again. Once I am sufficiently hungry I feel physically sick until I eat again.
I have been like this for years, way before lyme was a part of the picture but it seems to be getting much worse. I have gained quite a bit of weight too.
I'm thinking this sounds like parasites? Any ideas?

Yup, Most probably parasites. Check the symptom list at Humaworm and do a search on here. Treating parasites is KEY in getting rid of these infections.

how is your thyroid function? and do you have candida?
What are you eating when you get hungry? this could be a clue as well.

My thyroid has tested fine. i am not sure if I have candida or not.
As far as I can tell I just feel lyme crappy as usual, haven't noticed any yeast symptoms I don't think. Unfortunately my eating habits are not good.
Eating healthy is hard for me. I never feel like cooking so it's usually whatever is the fastest food.
I know I need to change that and hopefully I will find the energy to someday.

Gigi I know what you mean about cooking. What helped me is setting an hour or two aside on the weekends to make a bunch of food then I put the meals together into individual containers so they are ready when I'm hungry. Stuff like pasta or rice and chicken/vegetables are easy. I also keep yogurt handy. Maybe smoothies would be helpful for you too.
I read somewhere that fast food can actually become addicting, and I agree with that personally. When I am working and going to school and crazy busy, if I eat fast food once then I crave it again for the rest of the week. So I avoid it at all costs now.
I was thinking if you were craving sugar that might be a sign of candida. Also when my iron is low I tend to crave food for some reason. Maybe there is a deficiency in your body that it is trying to fix?
Good luck to you! I understand!!

Thanks for the response country mouse, cooking food ahead would be a good idea.
One of the few days when i feel better than usual i will have to cook a big meal to save for later.
I hate that i eat fast food, I know it is bad for me and i want to lose weight very badly!!
