You'll have to search Google by his name or the book title as it appears Amazon no longer carries it.

Here's the link to Amazon, it is in stock, it's $24.78 (I think) and ships in 2 days. I got it on my Kindle back in Nov. or Dec. from Amazon, but it looks like it's no longer an option.
