Hi Trubee-- if you do a search on here with foot pain you will find a lot of info. Tutu is right on and it was my biggest symptom-- and Levaquin was the best for it. Unfortunately, I could not stay on it anymore due to some tendon issues, and am on rifampin which helps a great deal and HH- a herb from the Zhang protocol. I would talk to your llmd about it. Hang in there... it can be treated!

Vit C IVs help mine a ton, either that or hydrogen peroxide IVs. Expensive though.

Thanks all, I haven't given bart tx a good try. @willbeatthis- glad you found rifampin helpful, I'll check the herb out with my doc too. Never tought of plantar fascitis-is it caused by bart? Painful, heel, arch area - the whole foot.

@ jlp38- never tried IV Vit C- am homebound, wonder if oral would help?

I had plantaar fasciitis, whole foot pain. Bart treatment took away the pf but my feet still hurt.

Then I read that Dr. C. (ped.) of PA said that morning foot pain is related to Bart but if you have foot pain all day, look into Babesia.

I had it all day, coming and going. Sure enough, Babesia treatment removed the rest of all my foot pain.

Nothing like walking barefoot thru the kitchen on a summer day! [Smile]
