Does anyone know of or heard of a connection between breast cancer or any type of cancer and lyme disease.?

Well is there any data or just overall knowledge out there that people with Lyme end up also getting cancers?

Maybe just for the fact that immune system is not working well if you have the disease. And or I guess it would be includes of other similar illnesses.?

Anyone have any information to share on the subject?

Virusus, inflammation, hormone dysregulation, acidic tissues and nutrient deficiencies (iodine for breast cancer) all play a role in cancer.

We have all in abundance. It's like the perfect storm.

I know many more will arrive with links.

heavy toxicity burden ---

per Dr. K., root canals are bad --- i.e. dental toxins mercaptan and thioethers ---

mercury found in prostate ---

mercury found in ovarian cysts ---

dental implants into already toxic body ---

THE LIST IS LONG AND AS WITH LYME, CLEANUP IS MOST IMPORTANT

Does Dr K believe that cancer is caused by this toxicity over the years? But where does that put someone who has been ill for a decade and does cleanup in a major way in the last recent 3 of those years. Would the history still be a set up and would the body be able to reverse any start up of cancer ?

I would like to think that it is treatable and reverseable. Any documentation writing up by Dr K on the subject GiGi?

Cleanup is something we all try to do, but are often unsuccessful, for a variety of reasons. To go into that for me is much too complicated. I have tried to do that for years since I have been posting here. You may want to read Dr. K.'s "Five Levels of Healing"(easy to find on the internet) - that will probably explain better than I can that a multitude of causes are often involved.

Some people are not successful and some people are. This subject weaves through all of his publications and comments and seminars and I am not able to give exact details of his 30some years of practice results. We all know that Medicine is not an exact science -- nothing is black or white. I did learn for certain on myself that unless we detox the lifelong accumulation, healing is difficult. But very few doctors address disease on that basis. That's the sad part.

All the best to you.

All of the above, and of course microwave radiation from the evil cellphones and wireless routers and laptops, and other various forms of radiation as well.

The author of Surviving Mold said that the people in his practice have lower cancer rates. I can't remember the exact reason but it was something about capillaries and bad blood flow with biotoxin illness.

Spring... ask Dr. F next time... he'll have some thoughts on this. I can't remember the exact connection, but he explained it to me a while back. (brain fog on what was really said though!)

There is a good amount of info on the Maryland website on cancer and Lyme, and inflammation from Lyme and other sources causing cancer.

Here are some of the direct links for you. VERY interesting info that I hope will be helpful.

PS. As for breast cancer and Lyme- yes, a HUGE connection. Seeing a lot of prostate problems and Lyme too.

SO much being misdiagnosed as cancer when it is Lyme. SAD to see. And people who get the doxy/cancer info I've put together are often scared (by their doctors) and don't try it. The ones who have tried it are cancer free and doing very well today.

Watch the readings of the prostate and cancer tests (cancer/inflammation) also. They are freaking people out big time, and thankfully the "numbers" are often being reduced when doxycycline is taken.

This is NOT medical advise.

Thank you all for the info.
I am curious to find our more do to family history of breast cancer and because it was found in an exam that I have a suspicious lump/ possible cyst that I am going forward with diagnostic testing on it.

Ironically I want in just for a routine exam and mamogram and also to talk about the BRAC tests and see if I can get those done.

So I think its good to know about the connection and though I am not sure if there is a proven connection if its related to the meds or the disease or both and I am sure both.. and why.

Is it all about immune disfuncion

I guess I need to do some really.. I will start with these links

Thanks TinZCup for all the info and links you provided.

I If anyone else has sites or resources or just info please add

Blessings to you all

Spring.

Hulda Clark says that parasites, toxins etc are what's behind cancer. Her book "The Cure For All Cancers" might help in understanding what's going on.

Sending you prayers that everything is benign with your tests.

I cured my fibrocystic breast with iodine. Now I use it to increase my Babesia herxing. And to get rid of my Lyme-related skin growths. Useful little mineral.

RC1

The test you are referring to is VEGF and I think it is done at Quest.

If this test is low, there is less capillary blood flow therefore less blood to feed cancer.

If a low VEGF is good to keep cancer rates low, it is very bad for a persons energy level.

Glad they might be able to help you!

AND, it wouldn't hurt if you got a chance to share the studies provided at the links, even just one or two of them, with the doctor. Educate, educate, educate!

Hope your procedure turns out as you would hope for!

TINCUP

Thank You. For the Articles! Great INFO.

So what about the IODINE? I did watch a video with my mother who had cancer and she was about to embark on the Iodine treatment protocol and I was very intrigued and saw it could help me too but I never followed through.

So many things to try and not enough time to try them all.. !!!!

If you have any iodine articles or how to take it specifically and what kind to take. I remember it being very specific to what kind and that it is very important to pay attention to.

I had breast aches in half of one breast for half a year. No lumps, but i decided to treat it as pre-cancerous inflammation (or something), with no medical help.

I took , and still take, DIM, broccoli sprout pills, Indole-3-carbinol, raw broccoli once or twice a day, Calcium-D-glucarate, Graviola 1 tsp/day, iodine 12.5mg/day, .... plus a lot of antioxidants and herbs.

The aches went away under this treatment, about half a year ago, or was it a year ago(?).

Great thread, Springshowers.

I actually have two sisters who had breast cancer. Thankfully they are still alive.

I started making sure I got iodine about four years ago when I had severe adrenal fatigue (that's what docs thought, but now I know it was lyme).

My doc turned me onto a book called, Adrenal Fatigue (vaguely remember it was about getting more vitamin C, salt and rest). I also read something somewhere back then about getting more iodine (thyroid maybe?). So I've put it in my salt shaker ever since.

I think lyme depletes many nutrients from our bodies (i.e. magnesium). Perhaps iodine is one of the ones lyme likes.

I also noticed my fibrocystic breast syndrome went away too, but never made the iodine connection.

Thanks for posting your link, BoxerMom (sending it to family/friends).

Having taken part in many Dr. K. seminars, this problem is always mentioned, as it is in this protocol (page 70). To avoid cancer at a later time means to clean up the body very thoroughly and to avoid deficiencies. He also mentions the problem of KPU in this context.

Years ago I had severe breast sensitivity which was alleviated by Vitamin B6. B6 is also one that is involved in KPU correction.

There is a link between MTHFR and cancer as well as chronic infections such as lyme. The doctor I saw said people never die of lyme disease. They die of the cancer or auto immune diseases that comes with it. That worried me - and made me angry. As if we don't already have enough to worry about!

Detoxing is critical so make sure you are capable of assimilating all the nutrients that you need to make glutathione - get those genetic tests.

LDN prevents cancer so that is a good thing to stay on. I hope to get back on it soon. I believe I could not tolerate it because I was not detoxing well and it also brought everything out of the wood work. I was on overload.

Just yesterday on Dr. Oz, I was surprised to hear him suggest if you have amalgam fillings, to take chlorella with every meal to bind with the mercury you are stirring up when you chew your food. He said if you need one replaced or a new filling to get the composites. Out of his mouth, people will listen.
