YES !!!!!

No teeth removed either!

It's my experience that if you take the right drugs/herbs to kill the damn bugs, have a healthy diet (plenty of fiber / low fat), and exercise daily, that none of the EMF stuff will matter.

PS: I didn't do colonics, or pay attention to detoxing from die off. A good diet and exercise will take care of those issues IMO

It's still best to keep printers and copy machines of your bedroom.

The ink is very toxic to our nerve cells, even just sitting there (why it's not good in our bedroom). Opening a window anytime the printer or copier is turned on helps provide some ventilation but still move away from the printer while its running.

If possible, best to unplug any electronics in bedroom, and keep cell phone chargers out of the bedroom. That, and computers, can affect heart rhythm during sleep.

i use head phones. i think its day in age there is so little you can do to eliminate these things due to wireless unless you live un the middle of no where.

i think easy things to do: nothing in your bedroom, wear headphones while using cell, wear an emf chip, no laptop on your lap....

we should start a thread!

What a great question! Thanks for asking.

I am new to Lyme and it can be overwhelming to read about all the changes people make in their lives hoping to rid themselves of this awful illness.

I have a clock radio and headphones next to my bed that I frequently use in the middle of the night when I wake up - to help me get back to sleep and it would be hard going without them.
