I have been helped with depression and cognitive dysfunction by taking fish oil, japanese knotweed and kavinace.

I am thinking about adding LIthium Orotate, but I am also taking Chlorella and concerned the chlorella will remove the lithium, since lithium is a metal.

Would this happen? Does anyone know?

Thanks

I am taking lithium orotate and I also take Pecta Sol C 3 x daily to help with chelating heavy metals. (it is a very mild form of chelation)

This is all under the guidance of my LLMD. I have had no ill effects from this and I feel that the lithium orotate is still helping to keep my mood stable.

what does it help with??//

Lithium orotate helps to protect the brain from neurotoxins and it helps with Lyme mood swings and depression. I discovered it by reading Bryan Rosner's books and my LLMD totally supports its use.

Thanks so much everyone.

Are their any toxic issues with using Lithium Orotate? Ex: Is it hard on the liver?

I have read that lithium orotate is much easier on the liver than the version of lithium that MD's prescribe because of its smaller dosage.

Regarding its toxicity, there have been studies that show this version of lithium is a much safer form and not associated with any adverse effects with no need for blood monitoring because of its low dosages.

(The doctors who studied this are Nieper, Dean and Wright) but I don't have the website info. All of this information is in Bryan Rosner's book, Top Ten Lyme Treatments and lithium orotate has its own whole chapter.

It is good for Lyme patients in so many ways. Try to get your hands on that book if you can. You will be amazed at how many symptoms it helps.

I Love Lithium Orotate. It makes me happy and level.

I was in Panic mode 24/7. It took about 2 weeks to feel the affects.

I take one in the morning and what at night. And it protects us from toxing in our brain.

It also helps with methylation issues which has been a hot topic as of lately.
