Anyone here have the fry bug? I hear symtpoms are similar to babs. I have been on babs treatment for 7 months and noticed some improvement just mostly with headaches. I still have muscle pain and arthritis symtoms. What is used to treat this and has anyone got better from this? also, if there is a full lsit of symptoms of it please direct me towards it

My daughter is positive for Fry Bug. She takes Ivermectin and is up to one per day. She is also on Malarone/Zith and Liposomal Artemisinin. Right now she is doing well.

you are referring to the protomyxszoa?

Have your doctors started treatment with iver..on tha basis of advice from Dr Fry?,

my daughter is taking ivermectin on the advice of Fry thru her LLMD.

IT should be clarified that the Hemobartonella that used to be discussed and tested for by Dr Fry is still something that exists and is not something that turned into instead the Protomyxoa Bug. What happened is he discovered it as a new bug and decided it was what is the predominate bug causing the symptoms and problems and needs the attention and treatment and not so much the later (Homobartonella).

So the testing now is for the Protozoan and in which in some tests I am told can see also the hemobartonella but its more of a bug that now has taken a back seat and is not what he treats for and not what I have heard anyone even testing for specifically any longer.

There was huge confusion during the time the new protozoan bug came to light and people who do not follow it would be confused because people kept calling it the fry bug and they just assumed that the Hemobartonella is the same now as the Protonyxoa

But its no true.

Manybites.
Thats correct. There are the epierothrocytic bacteria haemobartonella (personally I am sure that they are bartonella spp in most cases) and the protomyxoa- the novel organism.

If you google it you may find an interview with Dr Fry about the development of his research.

Personally I find it unethical that nothing has been published about the protozoa.Allegedly it affects millions and millions of people.Research can not be accomplished in a single lab withoiut the involvment of the broader scientific community- just like with any other human pathogene, be it the agent of AIDS etc etc.

Don't forget Fry recommends his patients be on a low fat, whole foods, vegan diet to get rid of the biofilm protecting this bug. He says those who stay on the diet get into remission. If they go back to eating the typical American diet, they relapse.

He believes you cannot completely eradicate this organism but you can control it with the diet change so you don't need to stay on drugs forever.

the strange (and to me unethical) thing is that Dr Fry maintains that behind the erythrocytic bugs- Dr S bartonella , the new parasite lurks.
Now LLMDs are experimenting with patients giving them Ivermectine.Whether this rests on research results or is just a guinea pig affair remains unclear.

It is my understanding that the Fry hemobartonella is not bartonella as in henselae or quintana, but a mycoplasma-like epierythrozoan which is inside or inherent to red blood cells.

are you talking about FL1953?

there seems to be an explanation on pg. 11-13 of an arrtcle titled: A Deep Look Beyond Lyme

i think you find it on the sites of dr M or dr K

you can google the title to find it or it is on betterhealthguy.com

Hemobartonella is not the same as FL1953 or Protomyxzoa Rheumatica. They are completely different.

Protomyxzoa Rheumatica is a biofilm forming protozoa, and hemobartonella, heavy metals, bacteria and yeast can hide together in these biofilm colonies.

It's my understanding that it's four different things; Protomyxzoa Rheumatica (protozoa), Hemobartonella (mycoplasma-like), Bartonella Quintana and Henselae. Protomyxzoa Rheumatica is a new bug protozoa, similar to babesia/malaria.

I had a Fry test and it showed both Protomyxzoa Rheumatica encased in biofilm, and separately hemobartonella. Dr. F. is not my doctor, but in speaking with the lab, they are completely different pathogens.

There is a confusion surrounding this, and many doctors, including my own, treat this hemobartonella like "bartonella", and they're not the same bug.

Ivermectin, to my knowledge is used for the Protomyxzoa Rheumatica. It is suspected that it is the main immune suppressing culprit that encases everything including viruses, yeast, metals and bacteria.

Biaxin Plaquenil was initially prescribed for the Protomyxzoa Rheumatica. I think now it's Ivermectin and a low fat diet, or babesia-type meds.

Knotweed is recommended for bartonella - I don't know if it's recommended for hemobartonella.

Dr f has nmo chance of determing if the epierythrocytic bug are bartonella. that takes a technology equal to the one used by NCSU.

All in all this is like the blind leading the blind as long as nothing is published in my opinion.

Can anti-parasitics hit these protozoas?

What about mimosa?

Sida acuta? (Buhner uses for Bart & Babs)

I know that mycoplasma is sensitive to tetracyclines like minocycline, doxycycline and clindamycin. They may also be effective against the hemobartonella, but I have never heard of a specific treatment for this.

The F lab describes haemobartonella like this:

"that adhere to the surfaces of cells have the physical characteristics consistent with epierythrozoan, or red blood cell adhering, bacteria. It is now known that Bartonella spp. are not the only organism to display this characteristic and the out-dated term "hemobartonella" had been previously used as well. In summary, as new species of infectious bacteria have been discovered it is apparent that organisms identified by microscopy that are found inside or adherent to red blood cells are not necessarily Bartonella spp. and as such the general terms 'hemobartonella' and 'epierythrozoan' are used to describe the features of the organism that is observed. Fry Laboratories offers targeted molecular and serologic testing to determine if the detected organisms are of the Bartonella genus or are another related species."

Now, in order to determine bartonlla you need a special technology I have not seen mastered by F-lab.The technology is mastered by Galaxydx only depeneding , of course of the number of bugs in the blood-stream at the time the blood was drawn from the patient.
In order to pcr determine the bug , cultivation most often may be necessary before a pcr is possible.
Chances are that they are bartonella spp.Antibody tests are not always enough as there are so many species and nobody knows if they crossreact.

Regarding the protomyx.... I believe everybody hopes for valid information in a scientific publication.
the drugs that have been thought to help for this bug constitutes a long list so far.

Hansemand sounds exactly like another person from Europe who constantly criticized this doctor for not doing enough. Well, this is more than anyone else has done.

So, is this the same poster with a new name?

poppy

You can do this;

Try to google breitschwerdt and bartonella.

compare it to a similar search for the lab in question.

I believe you will arrive at the conclusion that makes sense.

Also you might read about bartonella on the website of Galaxydx.

About a critical attitude to the lab;only this

It is maintained that the new bug affects million and millions of people.
I certainly hope that opther scientists can get a chance to work on this.
