I just watched Dr. Komaroff's talk:

He gives a very good overview of what he thinks may cause CFS. He lists a number of possible pathogens that may cause CFS...Bb (the causative agent of Lyme disease) is named as one of those pathogens.

Nice that a physician at Harvard recognizes that.
