I saw it (was interesting). I took the following notes since I can't remember anything, and can always go back to my notes.
Dr. Mercola said that eggplant cream was good for non melanoma type lesions (squamous cell and basal cell). He said to look for BEC5 or Curaderm cream.
He (Dr. Mercola) also said there there is 1000 mg. of mercury in each silver filling a person has, and recommended 200mg of chlorella with meals. Dr. Oz added that ideally it was best to try to have it with each meal, however, it can cause stomach upset. Dr. oz also suggested cilantro, parsley or mint.
Dr. Mercola also recommended the following anti aging herbs:
Italian seasoning (primarily the basil in it) has poly phenolic bioflavinoids.
Sage is good for arthritis, asthma, and atherosclerosis. (anti inflammatory).
Thyme, antimicrobial properties.
Marjoram, digestive aide, and helps people sleep better.
Oregano, good for fungal infections.
Ginger, good for nausea and anti inflammatory
Jamaican allspice, digestive aid and gas
Cinnamon lowers blood sugars and has anti cancer benefits.
Cloves lowers blood sugar the most & has the highest anti oxidant score.
Turmeric has cancer benefits in high doses (curcurmin).

thanks for the info. can anyone rec a good brand of chlorella? I have a mouth full of filled cavities.:/
