are you using? any side effects? How large are the pills?...it'shard for me to swallow a pill that's larger than the size of a prenatal vitamin.

I might try sarsaparilla...anyone taking it? any info is appreciated thanks!

What kind of Cat's claw do you want, the real cat's claw or the TOA-free kind (Samento)?

They are not the same thing.

Are you reading Buhner's book, "Healing Lyme" ?

If so, you want the original cat's claw. Herb Pharm makes a good tincture. Rain-Tree has good capsules.

I hope others come by with suggestions for you.

First, Buhner advises against taking straight Reservatrol products, per se, as they are marketed by so many vendors right now.

He suggests ONLY the JAPANESE KNOTWEED will do, which contains that and so much more.

His book lists various brands he recommends. You can also search at the website.

Not detailed on this page but is at his site elsewhere, he is less enthused about Andrographis as a few folks were getting a rash from it.

Still, Andrographis has saved my life. I'm far from well but this is the best herb, IMO. However, others have had the opposite reactions to mine so it's clearly not for everyone.
