For months now I have been getting this extremely full feeling after eating the slightest thing, even drinking a glass of water sometimes. Anyone else experience this or know what could be causing this?
I am so tired of feeling like everything that goes in my mouth is sitting in my throat, ugh.
Also, I have been having increasing pain in my left side under my ribs, hurts more when I breathe at times.....like really bad.

I had this problem when I got pregnant. I'd eat just a little, and feel full.
For pregnant women, it's caused by the change in hormones.
It can also be caused by a growth on an ovary. An ovarian cyst or tumor will make the hormones increase out of whack.
Doctors often miss this symptom when a woman has ovarian cancer, as they think the digestive problems are due to something else, and refer the patient to a gastroenterologist.
I've seen a number of people with Lyme who have this.
Pain in the upper left abdomen may be due to the pancreas or the spleen.

Not pregnant, no uterus
This seems to have gotten worse since I started the mepron 3 weeks ago. The pain is just right below my rib cage on the left side and it gets more intense when I breathe in at times. When that happens it hurts really bad to exhale then.
I'm not sure what other symptoms there would be....all the normal lyme ones are still around.

Oh, symptoms worse after you started Mepron. Hmmmm.
You could stop the Mepron for a couple days and see if any symptoms improve. Then start it again, and see if symptoms return.
If you're taking Mepron, you're trying to kill Babesia. Babesia lives in the red blood cells and causes them to die earlier than usual.
When red blood cells die, the spleen filters them out. If the spleen is overworked, it may enlarge, and your doctor can feel this by palpating the abdomen.
So...you could see your doctor for a physical examination, to check your spleen and abdomen for pain. He could also do bloodwork to check for abnormal ovarian hormones, to rule out ovarian cancer.
If you stop the Mepron and the spleen pain stops, then you know the pain is likely due to red cell die off. You can check with your LLMD about this.

I would have your gallbladder checked out. Once I had mine out which was full of stones, that fullness got better. Not totally gone, Lyme affects your gastrointestinal tract.

Faithful- I no longer have a gallbladder and I agree once I lost that I felt so much better, though that was before lyme. Fix one problem and get another it seems.

Just spoke to llmd, she wants me to get labs drawn asap. Unfortunately due to insurance issues I can't get them drawn until tues.
I called after I saw a noticeable bulge in that area now and still having the pain.
She also wants me to stop meds for now and see if it gets better. If not depending on labs we may be doing other tests.

I get this as well and more so lately. I was wondering if it had anything to do with yeast overgrowth.
If I eat a regular lunch, I will still be too full to eat dinner.
I am also wondering if it is some type of hormonal issue, ie, either thyroid, pituitary, etc.

Lyme and/or bartonella can cause gastroparesis. I had it pretty bad last year. Get a GI consult, and they will do a Gastric Emptying Study. Mine was extremely slow.
