I have a serious problem with parasites, can't get any help here in Canada. Been waiting to for a referral for a specialist for months and it's just a GI specialist. Is that even the type of doctor you see for parasites?

Your LLMD in New York should be aware of parasites, a major problem in Lyme as are toxic metals.
Look up "Accidental Cure" by Simon Yu, M.D. He is in Missouri, has a website, etc. (google) where you can learn more.

Many good articles there. Parasites are his specialty.

Go to lymestrategies forum and click on links on the left, scroll down to 008 where their is a link for a recommended parasitologist MD who can work with you from anywhere.
No personal experience with him, but worth checking into.
FYI, It can take 3-5 yrs to get rid of parasites depending on how infected you are. VERY important to take extra cloves to kill the eggs and larva.
