I asked a few weeks ago if my new protocol is killing all three forms of lyme and most people said yes

However it seems Im not addressing the L FORM.

I am on Omnicef, Rifampin and flagyl

what kills L forms?

From what Ive read. L form is the cell wall deficint. It doesnt have a cell wall.

Yes, so how does one kill the L-form? What abx or herbs work for the L-form specifically?

In the info my LLMD gave me, Zithromax is for the L-form (cell wall deficient form).

L-form is intercellular I believe. Tetracyclines and Clarithromycin or Azithromycin are to target this form. It has no cell wall so the bacteria killers like penicillins and cephalosporins don't kill this form.

It isn't certain that you need this form of treatment for the Lyme infection to be killed. Many people have apparently gotten rid of Lyme with penicillins and the like...

Personally I feel much better on these antibiotics for inside the cell but I haven't been cured yet.

What symptoms do you have? You tolerate all three drugs? Feel better.

I'm on doxy for the ones in blood, zith for cell wall and flagyl for cyst forms. I think L-form must mean cell wall?

What does one do if one is allergic to mycins and can't tolerate doxy?? Are there any herbs that go after the L-form?
