I started taking daraprim last month. I noticed from teh outset that I smelled oinions all day. Its very weird. I took an initla loading dose the first week, followed by one pill a week after. And sure enough for the next 3 days I smell onions.

My housemate doesn't smell anything. It is not listed as a side effect.

Anyone else get this? Is it a hormone thing?

I took Daraprim daily for several months and did not have the onion smell. Have you started any new supplements? Anything else that might be causing it?

Hopefully someone else will have more experience or suggestions to help you.

No new suplements or other drugs.
