When I'm herxing the under the skin crawling feeling definitely starts up and drives me crazy. Typically it's at night and it's in my feet.

So lately to combat this I've been washing my feet before bed and then massaging them with coconut oil. This seems to calm down the crawling sensation and pretty much causes it to go away so I can get a good night's sleep.

I have this, it drives me crazy. I take a benadryl and it helps. I wonder if it is a parasite of some sort too and not lyme. I have babesia and lyme and also tested pos for an unknown gi parasite. Haven't started heavy duty parasite tx yet, but I am hoping that will do the trick. Though manybites I take the meds you talk about also, just started them so no impact yet though.

I really haven't associated it with one particular pathogen but it definitely flares when I'm herxing. Since coconut is an anti-fungal, etc,etc and from what I know about parasites that's my guess too. Regardless, I'm not an abx person and won't be and though coconut oil is no kind of cure, and I'm not making claims here that it is, it is a nice way to get through the night and calm things down.

Gingerteacup-Could it possibly be seasonal allergies? I used to have a similar thing-though all over my body-when certain trees were in bloom and when I took zyrtec it helped.
