Hello,

I'm hoping for some advice from all you smart folks out there, especially those who use photon therapy.

My 11 year old son has been using photon therapy for 3 months. Good results so far, he has gone from bed ridden to ditching his wheel chair in favour of a yoga ball and walking. I'd say he's at about 70%.

My question is, he reached 60% a month ago, improvements are slowing and I'm wondering if it's time to address parasites?

He hasn't been diagnosed with any one in particular, but I've been learning from all you that parasites treatment should be a must for everybody, especially those healing from lyme. He did have a case of intestinal worms about three years ago, took doctor prescription drug(?)

Anyone with info regarding:

Should I keep up photon therapy for a while still before switching to parasites?

Can I do photon AND parasite remedy?

Salt/Vit C or herbal in this situation or both?

Any thought would be appreciated.

All of you who spend time helping us with less info are such a blessing!

If you've hit a wall and he has had parasites in the past, I'd try parasites. I used Humaworm and they have a children's formula.

I treated parasites prior to photons, but when I did another round, I did continue to use photons once a month. I don't think they're as effective when you're using killing herbs, but I felt I needed the maintenance.

Thanks Six,

I've been reading the humaworm info. It looks like the right type of thing for us, just not sure on the timing. For some reason the salt/vitC protocol resonates with me too.

Would you think that slowing to 10% improvement in a month is a wall?

It's tough when my mommy brain goes into overload and I just want all the bugs out of him NOW, but I know that slow and steady is better and safer.

Agree with six, ESPECIALLY if he had worms in the past. I would absolutely treat him for parasites if it were my child. One mos of tx whether pharma drugs or herbs is never enough.

Peristence is KET until he is better and then maintenance. If just one egg is left, the cycle will start all over again. Cloves kills the eggs.

Taking a break as Humaworm suggested is not a good idea as these parasites are continually laying eggs and larva. The salt/c in combo with the herbs is a very good combo.

You can visit lymestrategies for more guidance for childrens doses. I have read there where families incl children were on the protocol.

Maybe as Gael said, both? Go with what resonates with you.

10% improvement in a month is good! But, if you are feeling that something else needs to be treated, your instincts might be trying to tell you something. I went through all this by my instincts. And I believe we're given the grace to feel these instincts for our children, too, though sometimes our worry gets in the way.

Thanks to you both!

I've gone into full research mode to discover the right doses and such. Think I'm going to order the ebook and the children's humaworm. Even if I wait another month I'll be ready with the info and supplies that way.

Had a set back yesterday as my three year old fell and landed on my 11 year olds arm, causing a tiny fracture!

Trying to keep the faith that it's okay to slow him down a bit,
but really it suck to see him in pain and such. : (
