Is this referring to sensitivity to bright light (eyes) or easily sunburned (skin photosensitivity)?

Sunlight, this person has "electric shock' feelings just walking to her car. She is now complaining of eye issues, mainly just skin.

If she has an eye doctor, get those ridiculous "shades" they give you free when they dilate your eyes, and put those on. They are the best to block light and better than sunglasses(Big and Dark.) I guess you could try a blindfold and walk her into the docs office.

Make sure they wear:

Dark, dark sunglasses
Sun hat (hat with a wide brim)
Long sleeves
Gloves
Long pants or a long skirt
Socks & shoes

Maybe if they could sit in the back seat of a vehicle that has darkly tinted windows in the back and sides, or no windows at all in the back (some vans have no windows except the front windshield and driver/passenger side windows and no windows in the rear of the vehicle)...?

Bring a blanket or umbrella they can put over their head when they walk outside from the house to the car and from the car into the doctor's office.

for me, what caused most photo sensitivity was babesia infection. I could even throw up if I felt too much light was in my eyes.

If my memory is good, bartonella also caused me some of that. I know that other infections can cause that too.

Once babesia was treated successfully, I could go out without problems. Good luck.
