I started taking these just as a preventative. I feel good but neck and jaw issues never left with years of treatment.
My Dr. thought it wise to continue 1 drop of A-bart and a full droperful of Cryptolepis daily.
I have been doing these seperate for over a month now daily. Wondering if I can just put the two together in the same glass with a bit of water 30 min before meals?

I would say definitely not. Byron White formulas need to be taken away from other formulas/herbs etc.. for maximum effectiveness.
You can take them 30 minutes apart though.

Patients aren't supposed to mix byron white formulas with anything.
