I will be doing my third soon.Not easy but having positive shifts.

I am doing Andreas Moritz The amazing liver gallbladder cleanse from his book. He has another book coming out soon. He is also on You Tube.

I have alot of success with Hulda's cleanses but maybe I should try something different next time.

Do I need to buy his book or are the instructions online?

I did 8 flushes. They DID help with energy and made my head clearer, but I still ended up losing my gallbladder. It was just too inflamed and was loaded with scar tissue.
