I use Ester C powder with bioflavinoids by American Health. It is a buffered form and I buy it at Vitacost.

I use KAL buffered sustained release vitamin C tablets. Many other vitamin C products irritate my stomach but this one does not.

I get mine here

I like HealthForce Nutritionals. It is simple pure acerola cherry powder, very gentle, real food but high vitamin C content.

I like Sodium or Calcium Ascorbate. No sulfites, no reflux, no acid stomach. I get mine from http://www.supersup.com/

Proceed with caution if you are dealing with c diff as I think I read a recent post from you. Anything over 250mg vit C per day can affect gut flora similiar to antibiotics. Here is the c diff support website in case you need it.

My LLMD recently informed me to be extra careful about the ingredients in Vit C because most brands make theirs with corn! I had no idea... it definitely doesn't say that on the labels, but now I know to assume it's made with corn if it doesn't say it's not! So if you have issues with corn or are avoiding it on the yeast-free/sugar-free diet, definitely be mindful of that.
