My 7 year old is on Bactrim and with an increased dose he is constantly complaining of feeling hot in the daytime and stripping off clothes. Also has brief headache complaints. Is this Bart or Babesia? He has no fever. Thanks.

My guess is Babs. I have Babs and have headaches and feel hot also. Bacrtim can be used to treat Babs and Bart.
