I am 31 years old. Was diagnosed in 2000 and treated for Lyme with antibiotics. Live in Rochester, NY, not near any LLMD that I can see.

Since then I've started to have weird symptoms and my Dr. cant find anything wrong. Lyme titers are normal...

Im a student nurse with no job right now, so traveling and seeking a LLMD is not the easiest thing to do, but I dont know if I should really seek one.

Symptoms: consistent weight gain (no change in appetite, was very active at first)
neuro-shakes, twitches occasionally, memory problems...
exhausted all the time
intestinal problems (fecal has come back clear...)

Im sure there are more, I just cant think of them...

I just dont know if this is part of my depression or if I should really pursue seeing a doctor... Any info/help would be appreciated.

seek a lyme literate doctor...

It could be any of the tick diseases.

print out the Lyme basic booklet from lymepa.org
here's the link http://lymepa.org/

ABSOLUTELY!! Did I send you info on NY DRS???

Here is basic info on Lyme and coinfections. You may have bartonella also.. it often goes hand in hand with lyme.

You could also find a Dr willing to sign off on a test thru Igenex Lab. It is NOT a titer test from a "lousy lab."

www.igenex.com Test #188 and 189

Costs around $200
