I've been on LDN for a week, 2mg at night. I feel horrible.
Did this produce a severe herx for anyone? The shooting pains in my chest haven't been around in a while. The air hunger is also back this week.

Since LDN is supposed to strengthen the immune system, I think it is possible you could herx from it.

I got off 2 mg. Made me so anxious, was waiting for break, LLMD said just get off.

I have found that I get worse and then better when my body adjusts to the new dose. So worse for about a week or two when I increased and then leveled out.
I am now on 4.5mg and am doing much better overall. I credit LDN for my recent progress.
