Hi, I'd like to try molybdenum for chemical sensitivities.Just wondering if there is a particulary good brand out there.

I use Douglas Laboratories brand, which is supposed to be high-quality.

Thorne also makes great quality supplements and has a Molybdenum.

I'm using it to help deal with fungal die-off toxins and yes, I think it does help with that.

I'm not sure why it's used for chemical sensitivities.

Molybdenum is needed by the methylation cycle enzymes, and the enzymes that process chemicals (aldehydes, alcohols, purines, sulfur/sulfites, etc.).

I use Thorne Molybdenum 1000mcg.

Tried Carleson's Moly-B (500mcg.) but it didn't work as well for me.
