Try Rifampin it works good on Barts.

That is one of the symptoms to come up for me during my abx. break. Hurts to touch my skin in certain areas.
My LLMD just added Rifampin for Bart.
Felt it was the best abx out there from Bart - especially neuro. symptoms as it has great blood-brain penetration ( it is actually used for certain forms of meningitis).
