Yes, this became a problem for me 2 days after starting Malarone and Zith. When I talked to my LLMD about it, he said he has a lot of Babesia patients who say they feel like something is stuck in their throat and have a difficulty swallowing.
Of course drug reactions need to be considered - can you breathe okay?

I have shortness of breath at times. I will try drinking more water.
