I've had some bad anxiety today out of the blue (worse than usual) and this is the only new thing I'm taking.
I'm going slow (one pill first day, then two yesterday going to do 3 today). I got my anxiety before I even took the second pill today and won't take the last one until tonight.
I've also got a lot on my mind - and have for many many months (grieving loss of husband and beginning new treatment with new Dr) but this anxiety seems excessive.

I will be starting this soon. Anyone taken this? It is an immune booster.
