I haven't posted here in a while, but I figured I would share my good news with the lyme community.
Recently, I was blessed to have another baby girl born free of lyme. I took abx throughout my pregnancy, and had the blood cord, placenta and amnionic fluid tested at birth and every test came back negative.
I believe the key to a healthy pregnancy is hit the lyme and co-infections hard before conception, detox, and follow Dr. J's guidelines regarding pregnancy treatment and it is possible to have a healthy baby.

Fabulous news.

The subject heading had me worried but I see that the pregnancy was indeed a success, & tests negative - always great news.

Enjoy your family. Health to all!

Hi Save!! [hi] Congratulations!!!

Did you take abx during pregnancy? Or did you consider yourself to be well?

TuTu,

I know our eyes can skip over text that is tightly packed as above. Somehow, my eyes were able to see the bits above - and since lists really help my brain and eyes, this may help others better see how this all worked for her and baby:

* able to take "abx throughout pregnancy"

Further separating text, she writes: "I believe the key to a healthy pregnancy is

* hit the lyme and co-infections hard before conception,

* detox,

* and follow Dr. J's guidelines regarding pregnancy treatment"

* have blood cord, placenta and amnionic fluid tested at birth (end quoted excerpts)
