Hi All:

Does anyone have a link to a breakdown of acceptable foods you can eat on a low Amylose diet?

Gonna take the Questran plunge in about a week and I need to know what foods I can eat as I prep.

Drs. office was closed today and won't be back till Monday. I'd like to set up to go Monday morning.
