I have done a lot of reading on what has been posted before, but I need some help.
I have been doing antiparasitics for a few weeks and it's been rough. I am continually nauseous, burping, heart racing, tachycardia. When my stomach is upset, it feels like my heart is coming out of my chest. What causes this? Is this vagus nerve. Also increased headache and anxiety. Is this part of the die off as well?

Also,I need help in taking binders. I have chorella that Dr. K recommends and bentonite. I take the parasite med at night before bed. When should I take the binders so I get the biggest bang. I'm sick most of the time so I'm not sure. Thanks for all your help.

What antiparasitics are you taking and how much?

Timing the binders is hard because they can also absorb the effects of the herbs or drugs. Some people pulse them on & off - when it's an off day, use the binders. I don't know what to tell you as to how to time it. Everyone is different.

I use a dowsing rod but you can also go by how you are feeling. If you feel too toxic cut back on the herbs/drugs & use binders. You don't have to push to hard with this. It's an on-going thing in my experience. It takes time.

What you described definitely seem to me to be die-off symptoms. Make sure you keep your bowels moving & drink enough water. Some people do plain water enemas to help move the toxic stuff out.

Try to relax & don't stress too much. Distract yourself with a movie or something. Meditation is always helpful when you don't feel well. Go out for a walk if you are able. Sometimes, it's hard to get away from the toilet, though.

Charcoal is also a good binder. I take an Excedrin-like OTC drug for headaches. Ginger or peppermint are good for nausea & stomach problems. Eat a bland diet - rice, kitcheree, oatmeal, boiled eggs, etc.

I'm not a doctor - all of the info I post is just from my experience.

Gael,
I am taking VRM1 which has Pau D'arco Bark, Black walnut leaves, Garlic root, hops, Valerian root, Bromelain,Zapilopatle Beans,Hoja De Jalapa leaves, clay and wormseed oil.
These aren't the usual ones everyone is using here, but I tested well for them and they must obviously be working. There's four different bottles that take care of the various sizes of the parasites. VRM1 tackles the large ones first and so on. I am willing to try a different one after these no longer muscle test well for me. So the bottle says 1-3 capsules a night for ten days and then off 5 for a total of four rounds of this. I was on three, but have backed off to just one. I am also zapping every other day.

I have come to join the parasite bandwagon and believe this is crucial to getting well. So thank you all for paving the way.

Thank you Sparkle for all of your suggestions. I keep thinking enemas, but it seems most people recommend coffee enemas. I never thought of a plain water enema.

Gael mentioned to me about doing plain water enemas. The toxins from the parasites can be irritating - so, you want to get that stuff out ASAP. The coffee may be a little too much. It's good for certain things but sometimes plain water can be better.

Good luck!

Good advice from sparkle. Sounds like you are herxing pretty hard. Backing off is fine if it gets too rough especially if your tachycardia is above 100.

Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and the warm water enemas are good as well to move out the dying parasites. Also consider drinking some natural coconut water to balance your electrolytes.

Keep us posted and Good Luck.

Gael
